Workout of the Day!
Inspiration just struck yesterday night. Im going to REALY go hard on my track workouts! Even if I feel like dying and crying I will give it ALL I have and eat as healthy and clean as I can! :)

It was sooooo hard!!!! I kinda felt like crying. But Im still going to WORK HARD! until my mile is <6
PM WORKOUT..
Vinyasa yoga class!! 1.5 hours :) pretty darn good day.

LONG RUN!
Its been MONTHS since I don’t go running a long distance! Just came back from a 7 mile run and it was sooooooo amazing. I thought about everything. About the guy I like, how I really need to start working harder in track, college, and how sucky this weekend was. But i just outran my stress and I feel pretty good now :D

1st track meet!
IT WAS A TOTAL FAIL! Oh god. I waited like 5 hours in the cold for the mile race. I warmed up and stretched and all, and just after the GO and the shotgun, everybody closed in into the first lane and this girl pushed me out of her way and I fell on my face -.- I got VERY dizzy so I wasn’t aloud to run because I could’ve had a concussion. :(
The good part was that ALL the boys were so...

God Im so tired!!!!! Running is definitely the most exhausting sport there is.
AM. Workout… 400x16 with 25 seconds to “rest” between each one.
PM Workout… sleep! I just can’t even get on an elliptical in level 1 right now!

My hip has healed!
I finally ran again today! After 2 long weeks my hip feels soooo much better and im running again :) the trainer said it was overused but not running helped a lot. i hope i get to race this friday though and see my man run the 800 (and hug him when hes done and tell him how amazing he is etc etc) but me running is important too :)

Boys are such JERKS!
GOD now I know why some girls say they hate guys! Why would someone act all cuddly and nice, touch my hand and face, laugh at EVERYTHING I say, try to make me laugh, look into my eyes with a stupid happy look, almost kiss me, ask me out, text me good night AND COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR FOR THE REST OF THE WEEKEND. His game worked because it got me thinking about him and wondering why he hasn’t...

Track meet got canceled because of the rain! D: Im actually pretty happy because my hip is really hurting and i wouldn’t have done such a great job.
I still got to go to the movies with the guy I like andres, and some friends, BUT his best friend started flirting with me and asked me out and I said yes!! Andres did seem pretty pissed and got all quiet. Oh god what am i going to do -.-

Sometimes i wish i was a normal 16 year old and not care about running, lifting and being all healthy and stuff. But when I go out and run faster, lift heavier and make healthier choices than the day before, that feeling makes the effort soooooo worth it. Im so happy I chose to live this lifestyle at an early age.
