Workout of the Day!
Inspiration just struck yesterday night. Im going to REALY go hard on my track workouts! Even if I feel like dying and crying I will give it ALL I have and eat as healthy and clean as I can! :)

Vinyasa yoga class!! 1.5 hours :) pretty darn good day.
