I dont measure my health or fitness levels by how much I weigh, and i LOVE food that makes me feel good! Trying to be at peace with my body everyday and enjoy life as much as i can.

When doing a homework marathon (aka whole day working on what you procrastinated) Get up every 30 minutes and walk around, dance to a song and stretch for 5 minutes. It will keep you mentally and physically sane :)
